After more than 15 years in the hospitality industry, Kari joined the Equitrust team as a dedicated client services associate. Her background in corporate communications and hospitality taught her that exceptional service isn't just about responding to requests; it's about paying attention to the details, staying one step ahead, and creating a seamless experience.

What Kari enjoys most about serving our clients is being a dependable partner behind the scenes—someone they can trust to keep things organized, anticipate their needs, and help make their day a little easier. Kari believes every interaction should feel personal and attentive. Whether she's coordinating the details, providing resources, or supporting our advisors, her goal is to make each client feel valued, informed, and confident. 

When not at work, her greatest joy is spending time with her better half of more than 20 years, Steve, and their curious 3-year-old son, Halston. Whether they are exploring new playgrounds on the North Shore, or simply enjoying quality time at home, family is at the heart of everything she does and inspires the care and dedication she brings to both her personal and professional life.
